How Sound Therapy recalibrates your Nervous System

& entrains brain waves

Every sound you hear carries a frequency. When delivered with intention via various instruments or vocal toning—it can guide your brainwaves into states of deep calm, clarity, and repair. Your body then facilitates a powerful self-healing process. This is called brainwave entrainment.

What is brainwave Entrainment?

Your brain naturally shifts into different states (like alpha, theta, or delta) depending on what you're doing. Through sound, we can entrain your brain to match a more relaxed frequency—just like syncing to a soothing rhythm.

Here are the brainwave states (that we know of):

Delta waves (0.5–3 Hz): Deep sleep, regeneration, trauma release. 1-hour in this state while receiving sound therapy = 3 hours of Delta!

Theta waves (4–7 Hz): Deep meditation, inner healing, dream state

Alpha waves (8–13 Hz): Light meditative state, creative flow

Beta waves 13–30 Hz): Necessary for concentration and survival, but not for the chronic amount of time we spend in it every day.

Gamma waves 30+ Hz): Peak multi-processing, equivalent to an antennae - can receive "downloads" from Spirit.

By using calibrated instruments, vocal toning, and therapeutic sound, we gently nudge your system into coherence—balancing your stress response, heart rhythms, and energy field. Ideally, you then enter alpha, theta, and even delta brainwave states.

Why Sound Therapy Works

Modern research supports what ancient traditions have known. Sound regulates the vagus nerve, your body’s main reset button. It shifts the nervous system from fight-or-flight to rest-and-repair while enhancing neuroplasticity, allowing new patterns of healing. As a result, it can reduce anxiety, pain, and inflammation. Furthermore, sound bypasses the mind and speaks directly to your cells. In each session or soundscape, you’re not just hearing the tones—you’re resonating with the vibration.

What is Medical Intuition & Trance Mediumship Healing?

The YIN to the YANG of Sound Therapy.

This is where I connect with Spirit as a conduit to give you affirmations, vital or obscured information, and bring another form of healing work to the table. This is where clear intent and focus are needed to describe to you what impressions, feelings, and sensations I am receiving through Spirit. If I am going into Trance, know that I will be in an altered state and it is mostly silent until the end - I need to enter a deep state of being. I offer Trance Mediumship Healing as a stand alone service as well.

do you provide services for parties and gatherings?

Yes! These are on a case-by-case basis, just reach out to me and we can discuss the details.

How often do you host Soundscape /sound bath events?

I host a sound bath at least once every 2 months! However, I am quite excited to share with you that I am in the process of exploring more avenues to host more sound baths! Some of these avenues include but are not limited to:

Yoga events, Soundscape Journeys, and Spirit of Sound (bringing in connection to loved ones who have passed).

Do you make house calls for sound therapy sessions?

Yes, I do travel for sessions, but it's on a case-by-case basis. Please note that I charge a premium for travel to cover vehicle expenses, equipment setup, and clean-up. Thank you for your understanding!
